We’ve had grey skys the last few weeks with snow, and now finally some illumination through the darkness cast by the cloud cover. The light was iridescent rainbow Crystalline Plasma light frequency. So beautiful and pristine to witness.
With it we had some major activations happening. If you were feeling headachy on the right side you were going through the upgrade targeting expanding consciousness. With it came an ear ache, neck / shoulder pain right down through the hip and even the foot. Your pineal gland may have felt pressure along with your crown throughout these upgrades.
Our body is going through massive integration of these light codes which require lots of down time. Make sure you are resting when needed and staying hydrated. A sign of dehydration is a dry mouth. Nourish and nurture yourself now more than ever.
