TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP FOR THE STUDENT DASHBOARD:
Support is here to help you with questions relating to Membership to your Student Dashboard and delivery of the program and technical issues. Support will not assist you with any questions or concerns outside the nature of support for this program.
SESSION CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY:
All appointment changes/cancellations require a notification 48 hours before the scheduled appointment in order to reschedule your session or receive a refund. No Refunds will be issued after the 48 hour period.
Your card will be billed every 30 days for which you will be notified by email. If you choose to cancel your monthly membership, you may do so at any time before your next billing cycle. Email us at least 3 business days prior to your next charge at email@example.com and let us know you want to cancel your monthly membership. We will then stop the recurring charge.
Yearly members may receive a refund during the first 14 days of their membership. If you are in the first 14 days and would like to cancel, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You may pause membership and resume at anytime. During the pause, you will not have access to the private Facebook Group or the Membership area.
