Numbness waking up

Numb arms / hands / fingers upon waking is part of the effects of Ascension upgrades. Gamma light Frequency works our neurological & Immune systems.

We will feel like the Ever-ready Rabbit on steroids and sleep will be challenging. This is our “multidimensional” self coming on line due to high influxes of Gamma light frequency stimulating our neurological system activating our light body.  You may notice it will occurs on one side for a while then flip to the other side.  I experienced this a few years back.  It’s uncomfortable but it goes away.

Each light body phase is different.  Different areas of our body will be affected.  Try to see them as Ascension “Upgrades” and not symptoms. Seeing it in the negative (symptoms) will only worsen the effects. Celebrating your shift makes the process easier. Always OUR choice.
