It amazes me that I had no awareness of what was happening within me.  This was the direct response to the crisis I was in but blind to.  I was going though my second divorce and it felt like my world was falling apart because I was not aware enough to see I was falling into place.  This happened  throughout a lifetime of self-defeating thoughts, driven by extreme emotional turmoil about who I was.

I had no self-esteem, I thought I did but I was fooling myself. I can very clearly see now what I was in denial about back then. I was married for the first time in 1986 and a few short years later went through a painful divorce in 1990 after finding out my husband was having an affair. I was only 30 and felt like a failure. I really didn’t have any support in my family dynamic growing. up and never learned how to love myself properly.  I’ll go into this at some point in future blogs.

After that marriage ended, I did what many other people do and jumped back into the dating pool not giving myself proper time to heal.  I needed to find another relationship in order to save my pride and declare my self-worth.  Which is exactly what happened and after a few short months of dating In 1991 I moved in with him, which seemed to make sense since my parents and brother were leaving Long Island headed for North Carolina.

I didn’t want to leave my great paying corporate job or my boyfriend and right on que we got married in August of 1995.  It was my second big wedding, his first.  We lived in a two bedroom apartment and everything was fine until we were away on vacation with his family in Germany  when his father passed suddenly.  This was extremely traumatic for my husband since it happened just outside the entrance into the plane.  A few years later our relationship started to decline and we filed for a separation, eventually leading to a divorce at the end of 1999.

In March of 2000 I moved into my own apartment, giving him the house we bought together.  Of course I met someone just prior to moving out and was having issues with spotting in between my period.  I went to the gynecologist but she didn’t seen concerned so I wasn’t concerned until it became heavier and more frequent.  I was only in my new apartment three or four weeks when suddenly in the middle of a sound sleep when a very loud booming male voice yelled at me “YOU HAVE CANCER, GO TO THE DOCTOR!!!” This is where my story begins…

I’ve always been connected on a very deep level.  I can remember laying in bed at night talking to angels and guides around the age of 4-years old, only at that age I didn’t fully understand what I was doing. Sometimes the feelings were overwhelming and I’d get scared. I looked for guidance, but my psychic ability wasn’t looked upon favorably by my mom, so it wasn’t until 2000 when I had my first challenge with cancer that I recognized things needed to shift in my life.  And shift they did!

A New Path Begins

Having cancer really helped me bring my awareness back online. Major life altering events are always the catalyst for bringing us back in touch with our spiritual nature. I was always spiritual, the cancer catapulted me onto a whole new path looking for answers as to why cancer happened to me, what did I need to do to get rid of it and how could I make sure it never came back. There was no looking back.

After a minor procedure to removed the tips of my cervix my oncologist wasn’t sure he could give me an all clear which felt frustrating.  I remember putting that in the back of my mind, I didn’t want to focus of not getting better.  I returned to my gynecologist for a check up after a few weeks and asked her what I needed to do to make sure I stayed free of cancer and she responded with “I don’t really know”.  I was dumbstruck at that response and decided I was going to do whatever it took to make sure I didn’t get cancer again.

I went on Weight Watchers, lost 96 pounds, started working out and felt really good about how healthy my body was becoming but that wasn’t enough.  After the second run in with cancer in 2004 I started to look for answers why a healthy body, healthy diet and healthy lifestyle wasn’t enough.  As I went through this second treatment of cryogenics, freezing the cells off, I met someone through a friend.  We dated a while and at the end of 2025 I got married again…third time’s a charm, right?? Not really, maybe in theory but it did give me exactly what I needed as well as what he needed although I didn’t really see it at the time. This is where it got really interesting.

Cancer Becomes My Saving Grace

I maintained working out and healthy eating but had a minor injury to my left glute on a stair machine.  I decided I needed to seek out a chiropractor to help with whatever what misaligned.  During my search I found a Chiropractor who was on the cutting edge of healing through his forward thinking. He was into Functional Medicine, meditation, reiki and so much more.  I saw him a few times and during our conversations he realized the amount of knowledge I had already gained through the process of discovery and suggested I enroll in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to help give me a better understanding of nutrition and Mind/Body/Soul wellness. I

I enrolled in 2006, IIN provided a wealth of information on nutrition ranging from raw food diets to macrobiotic diets but they also brought in so many wonderful modalities such as Ayurveda, Meditation, Kundalini Yoga as well as many other healing modalities through some very amazing leading-edge speakers like Debbie Ford, John Douliard, Dr. Esselstyn, and many others every week in person to assist in our journey.

It was the best time of my life, I was in class with about 800 other like-minded people and we shared our insight, our stories and a meal in the first Whole Foods I’d ever visited which was right downstairs from our class located in Columbus Circle NYC. I was loving life and in doing so I activated my joy which activated my intuitive abilities…who knew it would be that simple?

I started seeing Auras again as my third eye was opening again! Life was getting more interesting, and the cancer was in remission. Woo-hoo! I continued working on me and took a Reiki 1 & 2 class while attending the IIN program. As the program was coming to an end the chiropractor asked me to become part of his center so he could offer nutrition and Reiki.  I rented a tiny room in his office so I could see clients while still working at my very stressful corporate job.  I pushed myself to stay focused on my wellness and soon word was going around at work that I had healed cancer and just like Lucy in the Peanuts cartoon people were stopping by my office to ask me health related questions. I realized I was on to something! So many people were sick like I had been and needed help figuring their life out.

My Big Ah-Ha

As I listened to peoples stories I started to dig deeper and finally connect the dots…emotions and thoughts are the culprits, that’s what makes us sick. I can remember the feeling I had in that moment realizing I never needed to be sick again!

As my awareness built I was suddenly having a strong calling to be a healer as if a switch had been flipped within me.  It sounded so far fetched, I wasn’t even sure what that meant at the time but it was enough to push me to leave my very well-paying corporate job May 2008 in the beginning of the recession to begin a new career in my own healing practice. Side note, my husband was not happy, and that was ok because I was for the first time ever! I had the calling and needed to follow it.

My mom was visiting the summer of 2008 and mentioned we should start looking for an office for me to work out of.  I wanted to leave the chiropractor, it was too busy and the noise made it hard to do reiki.  I wanted quiet, and a beautiful healing space presented five minutes from my home in the village of Bellport.  I knew it was the space because the office number was 11.  I had written a gratitude journal for months, each entry telling the Universe what I wanted in my new space…

1-Plenty of parking, 2- First floor entry for easy access, 3- My personal office and a large room for events 4- a kind landlord (he was) 5- a kitchenette so I could offer water, or tea.  6- a space for me to sell crystals and herbal medicine (I would soon start practicing herbal medicine in 2009 with Susun Weed, that was the beginning) 7- A beautiful waiting room (a client of mine loved it so much she donated a beautiful wooden church pew she had in her house as the bench in the seating ares… imagine that! I didn’t see it as a church item I saw it as an offering of the divine.)

All of my manifestations happened, without more than the effort of putting the pen to the paper.

In 2012 I had a real a-ha moment as I opened more, my intuitive ability was increasing. I continued to explore different avenues and philosophies, opening and engaging in my psychic ability all the way. My Reiki teacher had put a deck of Rider Waite Tarot cards in my hand and I found myself exploring those. The more I explored the faster I was opening and enjoying my life, even through some of the hardships like losing my mom during my divorce in June 2013.  That’s a story for another time.

The pain was there but the work kept me grounded and strong, pushing me to continue to explore all that was in front of me. I’m grateful for all those experiences!  I know my mom wanted me to keep going, to do what she didn’t allow herself to do because of fear.  There’s always one very awakened soul in a family.  My mom was the one in hers and I was the one in mine.

The last few years I’ve had many mentors from all over the US who helped me make sense of what I was connecting to and receiving from my guides. I always allowed my guides to point me in the direction of who the best person for me was in that moment. I now take all the information, modalities, and sacred tools and apply them to my sessions in both a healing capacity as well as through spiritual guidance although I don’t do reiki as a hands on modality anymore because my work now requires I tune in at a soul level for support and guidance.  Everything, unless through special request, is done online through Zoom.

I’m still learning, growing and evolving. We should never stop because it’s a pathway, one step leads to a new awareness and the next step to another new awareness and so on. We are here for the purpose of our soul’s evolution; it’s an excavation through our human experience to come to fully embrace our authenticity. In standing fully in our authenticity, we find our truth which when harnessed and be embodied which then unlocks the magic that life has to offer and sets our soul on fire…there is no better feeling than knowing yourself at the deepest level.

Back in 2012 I had no idea these anomalies were causing my migraine like headaches. I was aware we had just stepped up our Ascension game with the 121212 / 122112 gateways but didn’t fully understand how everything worked so I could put it together for a better “in body” experience. It’s my desire for you to understand it so you can maximize your experience through your awareness of / to these space weather conditions.

I remember calling my friend Jill, who lives in Minnesota, back in 2015 talking about CMEs and how they were creating our headaches. Neither of us suffered from headaches before. Jill was the only person I knew back then that was where I was in the work. She was an incredible galactic channel whose higher self was known as G.R.A.C.E which stands for Galactic Realization Assignment for Civilizations Evolution.

I had also received several higher selves the two most prominent being Aluna, my 5D faerie self and F.A.I.T.H which is an acronym for Frequency Activator Intermediary Transcending Humanity, which was my 9D galactic self from Nibiru who carries the frequency of Rose Quartz (350 hz) which immediately allows others to elevate and harmonize their heart center. I was actually tested for this. When F.A.I.T.H came through to me I was undergoing a massive upgrade (in bed barely conscious for 4 days in 2019) through which there was a celebration on Nibiru for my awakening and I was gifted a string of Rose Quartz around my neck with the words “never forget who you are”. I’ve worked hard to embody that soul essence over the years.

I’m sharing my story again for you to see how these energies can assist in our awakening evolution. We can make them bad focusing only on how much pain or discomfort we feel OR we can use them to open ourselves to our souls truth and live a fully abundant life serving our soul as opposed to our human condition.

EVERYTHING is here to support our souls journey, it’s simply a matter of how we see it. The choice is always ours!

Light codes enter through the occipital area at the back of the head (Mouth of God) and travel along the Vegus Nerve which connects to our brain and travels down through our neck moving all the way down into our abdomen. The Vegus Nerve is a conduit for moving light frequencies through our body supporting our light body upgrades which can, at times, feel painful.

It’s the largest organ in the autonomic nervous system serving to regulate our body’s natural functions like breathing, our heart beat and more. It’s called the “soul” nerve connecting our entire nervous system.

One of its main functions is receiving fight or flight messages to keep us safe which means our body is responding to the signal of the Vegus Nerve every moment.

When solar flares hit the intensity of light from the flare entering our body could trigger the Vegus Nerve sending us into fight or flight mode. This is why we often have neck, shoulder and head aches. We’re also experiencing all new issues in our spine, presenting in back aches or stiffness.

The degree of resistance we are in with regard to life and “what is” results in the level of pain we carry. Resistance = pain

The last flare was the largest yet, X8.8!! This could’ve felt so much worse than it did. This flare was 15 times wider than the Earth but because it was pointing slightly away from Earth we didn’t feel it quite as intensely.

I do not see this slowing down. These flares have been ascending with us becoming consistently larger. I am directly evolved and connected through the lineage of our Sun. We can expect more support from our Sun as it ascends into a Star as Gaia assumes responsibility for becoming her own Sun. We are in amazing times!

Moral of the story: find ways to let go of resistance. We must accept that we can’t change the outer reality, it doesn’t exist (technically). We can only shift our thoughts about it, our present reality and state of being. Having a deeper of understanding for “what is” can support our journey. Listen to your body, it will show you the way! No filter, no special effects just a conversation with the Sun in expressing my gratitude and appreciation in being able to commune together today in this moment.

As I was transmitting these heartfelt feelings telepathically I saw Solaris expanding and contracting, like a dance and took this picture. In that moment it felt like a hug as our beloved sun transformed his / her self into this expression for a photo op moment.

So many pictures of the Sun are revealing it’s transformation into a Star which has been taking place for many years. Once Gaia expressed her readiness to evolve and began her ascension (2012) the Sun was able to begin its ascension. Gaia is becoming her own sun in a sense which frees Solaris to expand into its next highest state.

Humanity are not the only beings ascending consciousness, the galaxy is evolving with us. All beings, planets, animals, plants etc are evolving. You may be feeling these shifts. Being present will help clarify what’s taking place in our reality.

Everything reflects our inner being. It’ll show us where our work is or how far we’ve come. Staying present helps us tune in to what’s showing up for us so we can stay on track with our own trajectory for our ascension. We fill our own cup so much that it’s overflowing. Anything coming from outside of ourselves is an added bonus to the joy we already feel otherwise we don’t entertain it. We see it, observe it and let it be understanding it’s needed by someone else as everything serves a purpose, maybe not our purpose in that moment

We are connected to everything. In these higher frequencies everything is happening at accelerated speeds. We must be present for all of our creations. We can avoid mis-creation by paying attention to our thoughts, words, actions and emotions.

Creator codes are high. If you feel angry, frustrated, sad etc grab a colored pencil / pen and start drawing. It doesn’t matter what you draw it’s about the energy exchange of the drawing / creation process that can shift us into higher level creator codes in order to shift the emotional / mental bodies. Keep drawing until you feel yourself let go. I love you ❤️

As a collective we are going through a transformational corridor as we enter August. We’re all feeling this transition in different ways. Some are going through heightened expansion of consciousness with head aches / pressures etc, others are feeling extreme anxiety, vertigo/ dizzy as the field adjusts to these higher frequencies, skin issues as the Star particles active our crystalline / Kryst/ Christ self.

Many are only just coming into consciousness, we must hold compassion, love and observe, for all as well as ourselves, without taking in any projections. We are a placeholder/ anchor for Divine cosmic light. It’s imp not to compare yourself to another’s journey as we are all on a path unique to us. We must let go of judgments of how it should be / look / feel etc so we do not entangle through old patterns and habits. Step away and take a breath. The physical body is expressing itself in all new ways, our job is to go with the flow.

Some of you, like myself, will feel deep states of detachment as we shed more of the old self in order to bring through higher level experiences where old outdated programs/ patterns / habits can no longer exist. This can be confusing. It can feel like we no longer feel connected to people, places, jobs or things that used to feel comfortable. Transformation requires presence and an open heart free from judgment especially our own.

A key to making this transitional passage more comfortable is to disconnect from electronics, especially social media. These lower frequencies can drain our light body which adds to the fatigue happening from the Photonic light bombardment.

Expressing ourselves in our creator state is super important right now. I‘m enjoying the freedom I feel in painting, communing with Gaia, nourishing myself with high vibe foods etc, communing with my highly charged high vibin online community as well as my private sessions. This detachment state is detachment from the old self whereI felt the need to be seen or be i’d be forgotten in order to “keep a pace” as a wayshower. I no longer feel that need as my Universe supports all my needs so I can bring forth what’s most needed in this moment with no agenda other than offering the newest transmission received from my higher levels. Now I show up with information I trust will be of interest since you already know the work, especially those of you who’ve engaged with me over the last 7-8 yrs that I’ve been sharing the “how to’s” of everything ascension. Staying in the work is the key and will make a huge difference in how these next few months play out for you.

Stay present, watch your words / thoughts / actions / emotions to see what you’re creating. If you are judging another on any level you are judging yourself, especially if you are judging yourself as better than another you are not seeing as your equal. We are ALL one. Law Of One, that’s how the higher realms flow. Judgment is not part of the New Earth Realms, it has to end in order for us to evolve together in unity. Be love always, I love you ❤️

Solar rays continue to create collective expansion of consciousness, this can result in headaches, migraines, head pressure, third eye pressure, blurry vision, neck / shoulder aches. Our neural pathways carry the light codes through our body. Our nervous system is getting hammered!

During these Ascension/ DNA Upgrades rest & hydrate. Skullcap tincture or tea is a great herb to support our nervous system and relieve general headaches/ head pressure.

Valerian Tincture is also great for tension headaches which focuses in the forehead / eye area. Both Skullcap & Valerian tincture should be taken as a 1/4 teaspoon in water or tea every hour until the headache subsides. I’m an herbalist since 2009. Please do not use Google to choose an herb. The information is often times incorrect. Seek out a trained herbalist.

Some of you are getting called to service.  If this is you this is where your focus is as your new reality is expanding through this awareness.  Follow the breadcrumbs and ask each morning upon waking “how can I be of service” and watch / listen for your inner guidance to show you.

Some of you are feeling disconnected /  lost, a loss of connection to the old self.  This is a template wipe, the old 3D self is being dissolved and replaced by higher light frequencies which can feel uncomfortable.  During this process we can’t feel a connection to anything, our job, relationships, things we enjoyed doing or even our emotions.  This is a very important shift taking place as the old template is being overlayed with the new template which shifts us into the higher realms.  Here we loose touch with the old 3D distortions which can feel overwhelming.  Being present, feeling it all without judgment to what is happening or what you are feeling is key. It can last hours, days or months.  The more you can feel into everything without needing the “why” the easier the transition will be as new codes activate in your field.  This is a heightened time of creation, our creator codes kick in which can help us bring in new work and creative opportunities.

We have reached the point now where Gaia has released duality and polarity.  The 3D timeline is done.   If you haven’t felt it directly in your reality you may be experiencing it through telepathy or new connections with your higher self / higher realms.  It’s important to remember our body is tied to Gaia, if she lets go WE must let go or we carry it in our field until something forces us to let go to see differently.  Thinking the same old thoughts, holding the same old beliefs, habits, patterns etc will keep us locked into the 3D matrix.  Our energy / frequency will attract / create our experience.  It’s important to get clear on what we are creating through our emotions and thoughts. The mind controls the illusion which becomes our reality that we think is real because the Magnetics that lock it in place for us on our Earth are so strong. The change in the outer world we desire is really a change within us.  We must change what we perceive as our truth which means we turn off / tune out of the outer world and go within.  We get quiet and listen for our inner whisper from our higher self which will help us shed the old limiting beliefs in order to create new higher level awareness.

If you are tuning to any stories of what’s going to happen in the next few days, months etc let them go.  They are the distraction of the matrix in order to get you to stay locked in to the old duality / polarity game.  When we tune out of the narratives our emotional body can calm down and stop driving us forward unconsciously so we can get back into the clarity the mind offers. We’ve done a great job being emotional, training ourselves to be reactive.  Now it’s time to shift out of our emotions, into our mind in order to become responsive / responsible.

My rule of thumb is if it creates fear within you it’s not on our organic Ascension timeline and we must let it go no matter how intriguing it may be to explore.  It has zero purpose in our Ascension and only serves as a distraction.  New realities / realms are created through presence. Practice being present and watch how fast you create new realities / realms.  In the blink of an eye life can change into all higher level experiences. Our job is to see the “game” we may not be aware we’re playing.

This week is a week of Freedom codes in a way we haven’t experienced before. Are you going to show up for them and let them help support your next level shift or are you going to stay stuck in the old creation waiting to see what happens next. It’s up to us, always!  We must be the change we want to see. If something / someone presents in our reality and triggers us thank it / them then get quiet and do a self check to see where our energy is. It’s always us attracting our experience to us which means we must consciously change our state of being in order to experience a new reality. It’s that simple or perhaps that complicated if we haven’t been doing the work.

As Gaia shifts we must shift. Many are feeling it right now in the way of balance issues / vertigo / nausea (even vomiting) / confusion / foggy groggy / lethargy & fatigue / aches & pains especially in the head, neck & shoulder area / increased frequencies (ringing) in the ears / mucus, phlegm, sinus drainage / FLU and more as we need to bring our body with us into higher cosmic alignment.  The alternative to not assisting our body in its journey into higher states of embodiment is to depart our earthly experience.  It’s always our choice.

Some are experiencing heightened states of intuition / telepathy, seeing through the third eye interdimensionally, increased lucid dreaming, and enjoying magical everything through the awareness that we create our reality by being present in our transformation.

Tuning in to see what our body requires is a must.  If you are feeling challenged listening, the best way to tune is in bed.  Our bed holds our energy and can recharge us if we get in bed and allow ourselves to rest.

If you’re on the other side of the fence feeling like you’re going to explode out of your body move. Your body is trying to integrate massive amounts of light codes and movement, wether walking or exercise, helps to process the codes faster.  You are feeling your own expansion as you “birth” a new reality.

This is it, Gaia has set the bar. There is no slacking off anymore. We are in an amplified gateway which will continue to increase through our June Solstice. We must do the work to bring ourselves into balance and alignment.  The payoff is beyond what we can imagine, so stay focused! I love you ❤️

The Crystalline light will intensify through to the June Soulstice along with SOULar cosmic light.  Our body receives this light, which works through our emotions, mental state, our organ systems, nervous systems, blood, lymph etc. which affects our body in a bazillion different ways through DNA upgrades / activations.  Headaches, neck aches, third eye / eye pressure, nausea, vertigo, fatigue, anxiety, bones / jaw / teeth ache, confusion, heating up to freezing, tingling in different areas of our body as our energy body / light body wakes up and so much more happening consistently.

Why does this happen? Why do we have discomfort? We are transcending our old carbon based body to a silica light body.  We are taking our body with us as we ascend our consciousness. This is a huge undertaking. It takes a lot to maintain the higher light frequencies consistently in order not to go unconscious again.

This light interaction activates our light body which can make us feel sleepy, wired, anxious, angry, weepy and more as the particle matter in our body becomes heated up with “excitement” from the high light frequency. This excitement makes our body’s particle matter bump into each other much like what happens when water begins to boil.  This is what activates our light body.  Each will feel it according to their own personal experience.

This action / activation is creating an opportunity for all distortion to come to the surface to be cleared.  How does it get cleared?  By our state of presence through our ability to maintain consciousness.  This is our job now, staying conscious requires our being present for all we are thinking, speaking and doing. We are creating the reality we’re experiencing in each second. Our reality is not created by another’s actions, our reality is OUR responsibility.  We must maintain it.

How do we maintain a higher level reality?  We Do NOT become distracted by the outer world.  The distraction of what’s playing out on the world stage, on the Oscar stage too, is meant to keep us focused out there so we we’re  not allowing time for ourselves to go deeper within in order to receive this amazing light, receive the codes necessary to activate key codes within.  If we don’t go deeper within we’ll have a more challenging time accessing  our higher states of consciousness because we’re not tuning to it in order to know how it feels which will create a more challenging time in our reality experience.

If we don’t know how it feels to connect with our higher consciousness we can’t access it in order to shift out of the old paradigms / illusions that are now deconstructing, and we get caught in the trap.  Everything is speeding up as the old ways, patterns, paradigms etc will no longer be supported in this higher light.  Be prepared for quick shifts in reality.  Go with the flow. Do not get caught up dwelling in any of it.  See it, yell NEXT! and keep moving.  It’s the 3D theater crumbling.  Do not get caught in the rubble, do not share it. Sharing is frequency based.  Sharing lower level information / content just attracts more of that to us. We are caught in the lower level loop cycle of 3D.  Life will appear to be and feel challenging.  It never seems to end… that’s because WE must end it by letting go completely by seeing it has not value, not even in sharing it.

If you find yourself ruminating on things / people who are not in your reality STOP! You are caught in the manipulation factor of the false / inorganic timeline that wants your attention to keep you in the game of illusion longer (3D).  This is what unconsciousness looks like, it tunes to the outer world and gets caught up in the swiftly changing narratives.  It feeds worry, lack, victim and scarcity programs.

Being conscious is our only job, it requires practice 24/7 until we get the hang of it, then we never go unconscious again.

We must stay present and be an observer to our thoughts, words, actions and emotions. This Crystalline passage way is taking us right through the Soulstice in June.  Let’s stay in “consistent celebration” of these amazing shifts by being present to witness the magic unfolding around us.  I love you! ❤️

Magical higher realms are accessible to us, we have to reach up for them by being conscious of our choices.  This rainbow manifested right in front of me as I thought how nice it would be to have a rainbow after so much heavy rain.
